Allegations from a former exec

Lorrayne Mavromatis says she was hired in August 2022 as Head of Instagram, promoted twice, then faced troubling conduct by then-CEO James Warren. Her complaint claims meetings at his home, suggestive remarks about Jimmy Donaldson’s behavior around women, exclusion from meetings, being asked to fetch drinks, and a demotion after raising concerns. She says her role was later eliminated when she returned from medical leave in November 2025.
